Off-site Programs
Off-site programs will take place on Thursday, 19 October, in buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure hubs, and key developments throughout Singapore. Register in advance for a wide variety of morning and/or afternoon programs, each exploring a specific theme related to the location with on-site presentations, lively discussions, and behind-the-scenes tours led by professionals involved in the projects.
Kuala Lumpur Regional Program
Experience Kuala Lumpur through a whole new lens on Friday, 20 October, when attendees explore premier developments, infrastructure hubs, and cultural sites amid the city’s warm tropical climate and vibrant street life.
With modest beginnings as a tin-mining outpost in the 1880s, the city has grown into a major education, technology, banking, and energy-industry hub. Kuala Lumpur now commands one of the most dynamic skylines in Asia, with the new Exchange 106 and Merdaka PNB 118 towers joining the renowned Petronas Twin Towers.
The Kuala Lumpur regional program (transportation and accommodations to be paid by attendees) will incorporate two half-day segments focused on a conference presentation theme and include site visits and tours, lively conversations, and technical demonstrations.
AIA CES Credits
The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is a registered American Institute of Architects (AIA) Continuing Education Credits (CES) provider. Registered professionals can expect to accumulate up to 27 hours of CES credits during the five-day event (including AIA Health and Safety & Welfare credits). A certificate of completion will be provided to registrants upon request.
