Welcome to the CTBUH Conference App. This is the best place to see the most accurate information about schedule, speakers, sponsors, and the other important information that will allow you to maximize your Conference experience with us.
Why can’t I see all my registration items?
Your badge should have a printed list of your items you purchased/registered for in addition to your Core Conference registration. The CTBUH App does not automatically have those items loaded into it.
You can browse the Full Schedule and then add individual sessions to the My Schedule area on your app. To do this, select the session and then the Add button (bookmark symbol). Some conference items like receptions, dinners, and off-site tours, require pre-registration with an additional cost beyond your Core Conference registration. Those items are designated with a £ symbol and note above their description. Those items you may have purchased at the time of your registration are printed on your badge. If you would like to register for more additional events outside of the Core Conference registration, visit our Registration area on the main level to see if there are tickets still available.
What is the Wi-fi information?
There is complimentary wi-fi located through out the Barbican Conference center.

The CTBUH App depends on having access to the internet. In the event that you lose internet connection (which might happen in a brutalist concrete building sometimes), the Full Schedule has been queued in your phone’s memory and can be referenced for session times & locations until you are able to reconnect to the internet.
How can I connect to other attendees?
All attendees of the CTBUH Conference have been added to an invitation only community on ENGAGE, the online forum for CTBUH members. The Directory of Attendees is available there. Attendees will need to accept the ENGAGE terms and conditions before they will be visible on the ENGAGE site.
We respect your privacy and your personal information. To see someone’s personal information (e.g., phone number, email, etc.), you will need to go to the person’s profile and select the Add as a Contact button under their picture. The person you wish to connect to must then Accept your Connection Request. At that point, you will be able to message them in the ENGAGE community as well as see their personal contact information.
